Proper measurements are the key to a correct diagnosis!

Often, a service company makes a diagnosis based on its experience or so-called intuition. Sometimes this can bring the right effect, but unfortunately, it often happens that the consequences can be downright disastrous.

When we ask whether you have verified a service or installation company:

How many times have we heard from a customer:

The company has been doing this for years, so they certainly know what they are doing,
We personally know many installers who have been making the same mistakes for years because that is what they have always done and do not want to learn how to do it correctly

or we hear:
the company has already installed 50 heat pumps...
and then it turns out that the company did install them, but never attended a training course and does not even have authorization...

and so on...

Let's start with the fact that even great technical knowledge or intuition will not replace proper measurement, which requires specialized diagnostic and measurement tools.

We have personally seen many such cases where service technicians adjusted certain elements on "the so-called feel" and, for example, the service technician set the tension force of the GHP compressor belt in such a way that after starting the belt fell apart into 1000 pieces, there was nothing to collect. Fortunately, the belt broke with the housing closed ...

Another time, a company that did not have torque wrenches or did not know how to use them screwed engine components during an oil inspection of the engine in a GHP unit in such a way that half of the oil from the several dozen liter tank leaked out ... because the screws were too loosely screwed on.

etc etc etc ...

Of course, the right tools are half the battle. It is a necessary condition, but not sufficient. Knowledge and experience are also needed. After all, we know that an unskilled person can hurt themselves even with a screwdriver...
