Standard maintenance VRF, GHP
What should we expect from a service company?
At the moment, there is a very high demand for heat pump installation. As a result, many companies are being established, which often try to fill this gap without much competence.
Unfortunately, the effect is that many companies do not have basic competences. The employees of the service or construction company have never attended a manufacturer's training in the field of service or installation of devices.
Only in the event of a device failure does it turn out that the investor does not have a guarantee for the installed systems because the installation and service were performed by an unauthorised company that has never attended a training.
Additionally, it often happens that companies do not have the required qualifications and do not observe basic health and safety rules, endangering themselves and the users of the given installation
In the event of a failure, the diagnosis drags on for weeks and there are no effects!

Every standard service should include a diagnosis of the system's operation, otherwise it does not make much sense.
The name standard service can be misleading because to perform a standard service you need to have non-standard competences.
This includes, among others:
- Service experience in a given product category: GHP systems, VRF split systems, heat pumps, etc.
- Experience in servicing a given manufacturer's product
- Analysis of system operation using specialist diagnostic software connected to devices during service
- Employee F-gas qualifications
- F-gas company authorizations
- Authorization for service by the device manufacturer
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing serviced devices/systems
- References from the implementation of a given type of service/repair
- Energy authorizations for 3 energy groups: heat, gas and energy in the scope of supervision, operation and measurement
