Implementation of control systems
Proper automation means stable system operation and low operating costs.
It often happens that building automation specialists try to match their solutions to various existing ones in the building and often, unfortunately, the end result is very poor. If we want to have a good automation system, we have to hire a very good and proven automation specialist, but such a solution is unfortunately very expensive and time-consuming and also has its drawbacks. In the event that something happens to the company that makes the system, we lose control over the system.
Our idea for BMS or building automation systems is completely different. Our company implements factory automation systems - we try to operate based on solutions proven over the years by manufacturers we know well. We know that it works properly and the cost is relatively very low compared to systems created from scratch.
Of course, our assumption is to use the full potential of the manufacturer's automation, i.e. to be aware of the system's capabilities and its skillful use.
However, this requires experience and a willingness to devote a lot of time to refine the system's operation and optimize its work.
Of course, there are situations when we introduce our own automation systems so that the system works even better or is more reliable, without diminishing the essence of the system manufacturer's automation.
We use advanced automation systems with remote monitoring and supervision in the following solutions
- VRF systems - all systems and solutions
- GHP systems - all systems and solutions
- VRF-GHP hybrid systems - all systems and solutions
- air curtain system in the heating and cooling system
- motion and presence sensors that reduce energy consumption and integrate them with the existing system
- Integration of systems with window contacts and room access cards
- air conditioning systems, including cascade operation dedicated to technical rooms
- condensing units for ventilation units - all systems and solutions
- Integration of the work of all systems installed in the building
- ATW systems - air-to-water heat pumps
- remote detailed service monitoring of systems
- remote standard monitoring of system operation
What is the effect of such actions?
By using our proven automation systems, we have already repeatedly confirmed significant reductions in operating costs of comparable systems.
Proper automation allows, first of all, for a significant reduction in operating costs, but not only that. It also ensures safe operation of the entire system. Additionally, with remote monitoring, it facilitates diagnosis and enables very fast service response and repair.
In addition, properly configured management ensures significant extension of the system's service life without reducing the comfort parameters of users using the system.
